We reject diet culture and the pursuit of weight loss as a means to achieve health. Instead, we focus on helping clients develop a positive relationship with food, promoting intuitive eating, and finding pleasure in eating nourishing foods.
Eating disorders are complex and unique from person to person, which is why your treatment should be unique, too. Anxiety, depression, trauma, weight stigma, sensory differences and lived experiences all impact your road to healing. Together we will honor these experiences while collaborating to create a healthier and happier way of living.
